BACKELITE LACQUER LBS-20
Bakelite lacquer LBS-20 is a solution of resol phenol-formaldehyde resin in ethyl alcohol.
Production process of LBS-20 is carried out under classical scheme of production phenol-formaldehyde resins and includes the following stages:
- charging of phenol, formalin and catalyst into reactor
- polycondensation of this mixture
- vacuum drying
- preparation of lacquer.
Lacquer LBS-20 is used in production of molding materials and reinforced plastics.
