MOLDING COMPOUNDS AG-4S, AG-4NS
Molding compounds AG-4S and AG-4NS are manufactured of glass strands impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde binder (resol type).
Molding compound AG-4S is a composite unidirectional material of twisted glass strands impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde binder.
Molding compound AG-4NS is a composite material of non-twisted glass strands impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde binder.
Advantages: These molding compounds are anisotropic unidirectional materials possessing considerably higher physical and mechanical properties in longitudinal
direction. They have high electro insulating properties and they are resistant to many chemically aggressive media.
Application: Above mentioned materials are designed for manufacturing (by winding, compression and transfer molding) articles of engineering and
electro technical application running at temperatures -196ºC to +200ºC and in conditions of tropical climate.
These materials are manufactured either in the form of band or in the form of cutoffs.
Width of band AG-4S is 15 - 350 mm and AG-4NS - 60 - 250 mm.

Packaging
Material is wrapped into PVC/ PE film and placed into wooden or cardboard
boxes lined with the same kinds of film. By Customer’s order other kind of
package is also possible.
Guaranteed shelf life: 6 months since the date of its production.
