Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics
Glass fiber reinforced plastics are highly promising materials possessing thermo conductivity of wood, strength and longevity of steel. Having biological, moisture and weather resistance of polymers, they simply don’t have shortcomings inherent to the thermoplasts.
At present, a permanent growth in production and application of these materials is marked in all brunches of industry.
Glass fiber reinforced plastics are composite materials composed of glass fibers and polymeric binder. Glass fibers provide strength characteristics to the material and polymeric binder glues fibers together distributing the load to the whole construction and protecting it from the influence of environment.
